Life Coaching

How You Take Your Road in Life

There are many roads you can take in life, but sometimes the difficult part of taking a road is how you want to go down it. Another set of unlimited options can be overwhelming. Sandi helps guide you to get you where you want to go.

What Is Coaching?

Coaching is a synergistic relationship between an accredited coach and a client designed to tap into your full potential. Just as Olympic athletes wouldn't think of training without the added insight, objective perspective and enthusiastic support of an athletic coach, many of today's most successful business leaders, professionals, executives, entrepreneurs and CEOs use the services of a coach to take their lives, careers, or businesses to the next level.

When to Hire A Life Coach

A good time to hire a life coach is when you have a fair idea of what you want to be doing, but you’re having an unusually hard time getting it done. Perhaps it seems like you’re getting bogged down in obstacles instead of making steady forward progress. Also, you imagine other people who’ve already solved your problem or at least know how to solve it. Would it be worthwhile to pay someone a few hundred dollars to help you solve this problem once and for all? Consider the lifetime benefits before you decide.

Feeling out of balance – part of your life works well, but somehow something is off kilter?

Why does coaching work?

3rd Party Perspective

Coaches have the ability to view things from afar — in what some call 'helicopter vision' — and to shed new light on difficult situations. Often they can act as a sounding board through tough decisions, help sharpen skills, and motivate.

Benefits of Hiring a Coach

  • You start taking more effective and focused actions immediately
  • You stop putting up with petty annoyances
  • You create momentum so it's easier to get results
  • You set better goals that are based on what you really want
  • You have more time and energy

How Does It Work?

The purpose of the coaching is to help you move forward from your present situation. Different coaching methods may be done with individuals or with groups, in person, over the phone or online.

The Coaching Process

I do the majority of my Life Coaching by telephone (virtual) and some in-person. We start with a FREE half-hour coaching/client consultation to see if you and I are in alignment and that we comfortable with each other?

I will email you an intake package for you to fill out so I can become familiar with your background and future goals. When we agree to work together, I shall provide you with a bridge number (a telephone line to call) and the pin number to allow us to connect.

Phone or in-person sessions range from 35-45 to 60 minutes. We review your progress and address what your agenda will be for that particular day/week. I offer unlimited email support and encouragement and welcome occasional brief check-ins.

"I was in a fog. I couldn't string two thoughts together and I started having constant anxiety about every decision I was making. I simply didn't know what to do any more and then I started seeing Sandi. She helped me find my self again. I couldn't be happier."

Wanting Change

Perhaps the most important factor in successful life coaching is the willingness to change.

If you aren’t willing to change, a life coach can’t force you to grow. You need some motivation and drive to work with a coach, something you care about deeply enough. Think about how the coach of a professional sports team would respond to an unmotivated, underperforming player. The coach might try some pep talks and motivational techniques, but if those don’t work, the player will likely be cut from the team, replaced by someone else with drive.
